3. Vehicle Tuning Services

  • Tuning Support: All tuning services include 90 days of post-purchase support from the date of delivery. This covers reasonable revisions and troubleshooting for the original tune.

  • Limitations: Support does not cover new hardware installs, improper setups, or driving outside safe parameters.

  • Acknowledgment of Risk: Vehicle tuning alters factory settings and may impact reliability, emissions compliance, and warranty status. Most tunes are safe when used with properly maintained vehicles, but issues can occur.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure their vehicles are mechanically sound and suitable for performance modification.

  • Private Resolution: In the rare event of a serious issue believed to be caused by a tune, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will review the matter in good faith and determine an appropriate resolution privately and case-by-case.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipped via trusted carriers.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, text, images, logos, and product details—is the property of 208 Concepts it's partnering vendors, and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

7. Limited Liability

208 Concepts provides services and products in good faith, with attention to quality and customer safety. However, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages—such as engine, transmission, or drivetrain failures—arising from the use of our products or tuning services.

We accept limited liability only in cases where damage is demonstrably and directly caused by an error in our service or tune file, and up to the original purchase amount. Each case will be reviewed privately and resolved in good faith.
